The Smithsonian Collection in inspired by the collection of the Smithsonian Museum in Washington D.C.

This Dino Fossil pen in related to the National Museum of Natural History, which is famous for its collection of over 40 million fossils and over 1500 cataloged specimens of dinosaurs.

The pen is plated with stonewashed copper to give the idea that the pen has been dug up. The ivory coloured skeletons complete the look and feel of this pen.

This Retro 51 Vega pen in specifically related to the National Air and Space Museum, where the bright red Lockheed 5B Vega is exposed.

Amelia Earhart set two of her many aviation records with this Lockheed. In 1932 she flew it alone across the Atlantic Ocean, then flew it nonstop across the USA, both firsts for a woman.

The pen has 'rivets' into the barrel, which gives the illusion that the pen has been put together just like the real aircraft and is printed with the original golden stripes on its bright red lacquer finish.

The Vega pen will be delivered in a matching tube with additional information about the pen.

Each Smithsonian twist-top rollerball pen has the Smithsonian logo engraved on the top ring and sun logo
on the top disc. A serial number is engraved as well on the top ring and each pen is packaged in a matching
commemorative tube.

National Museum of the American Indian’s Raven Steals the Sun was designed by Tlingit artist James Peter Johnson featuring a print of traditional Tlingit art on the barrel of this Tornado and complete with antique silver accents.

The Rescue collection by Retro 51 supports the welfare of animals, by donation a portion of each sale to a nonprofit organisation.

This Buzz pen is embossed with honey combs and bees. A part of each sale goes to the NW Honey Bee Habitat Restoration fund. Their goal is to increase, preserve and protect the honey bees.
